A vetted carrier network plus an asset-based sister fleet gives us more than one way to cover your freight when trucks get scarce.

A coordinator who knows your freight

A named point of contact learns your docks, appointment rules and receivers, so details don't get lost between loads.

03

04

Paperwork your AP team will like

FAQ

Questions shippers ask us

Straight answers on how we price, vet carriers and run your freight.

How quickly can I get a rate?

Most quote requests get a firm rate back within the hour during business hours. For urgent loads, call us and we'll price it while you're on the phone.

Is Prime Star Logistics a licensed broker?

Yes. Prime Star Logistics LLC is an FMCSA-licensed property broker, MC-1669763-B, USDOT 4291260.

How do you vet carriers?

Before a carrier hauls for us we verify active operating authority, insurance coverage and safety record, and we keep monitoring them afterwards. Carriers that fall out of compliance are removed from our network.

What equipment can you cover?

Dry van, flatbed, step deck, double drop, RGN and lowboy, Conestoga, reefer, hot shot, pneumatic bulk, hoppers, belly dumps, and single or double box chassis, for one load or a recurring lane.

Will I have a single point of contact?

Yes. Every account has a named logistics coordinator who handles your loads from tender to proof of delivery.

Do you handle contract freight as well as spot loads?

Both. We price spot moves on demand and build contract pricing for recurring lanes, with dedicated capacity where the volume supports it.

Have a lane you need covered?

Send the details and we'll come back with a rate. Recurring volume? Ask about contract pricing and dedicated capacity.
