Carrier setup
What you'll need.
We verify every carrier before the first load. Have these ready and setup is quick.
- Active MC authority and USDOT number
- Auto liability of at least $1,000,000
- Cargo insurance of at least $100,000
- Satisfactory or unrated safety rating
- Signed broker–carrier agreement and W-9
- Certificate of insurance naming Prime Star Logistics LLC as certificate holder
